If you are unable to send the menu in excel format, we will need to contact you to discuss the possibility of importing it after reviewing it.
Don't forget to send us:
-
Item names as you would like your customers to see them
-
Prices of items
-

Hardware Setup (In a box)
Simple, in your store, operates on a local area network (LAN). If your equipment was shipped from Simple in a box , then the equipment is set up and tested by us before you receive it. Follow the connection instructions below.
-
Turn on the Router device and plug it into the power outlet. Connect the WAN port of the Router with a LAN port of your provider's modem using the cable that you will find on the device, as shown in the image below.
-
Turn on the host computer and plug it into the power outlet. Connect the cable inside to a free port on the Router.
-
Turn on the printers and plug them in. Connect the cable you find inside to a free port on the Router.
-
Open the fiscal printer mechanism and plug it into the power supply. Connect the cable inside to a free port on the Router.
-
If there are not enough free ports on the Router, you will find a switch device. Plug it in and connect the cable you find inside to a free port on the Router. The switch ports are now considered free ports on the Router.
-
Turn on the Access Points (if any) and connect them to the Power via the POE adapter. Connect the cable that you find in the LAN end of the adapter to a free port on the Router.
Attention: The cables in the packages are one meter long. In case the connection with the existing cables is not possible due to distance, replace them with others from your electrical installation.

Hardware Setup (Self board)
We strongly recommend that you create a separate network for the Simple application even if there is already one or more in the store (for internet, cameras, etc.). To do this, you need a router that you will connect via the wan port to your provider's existing network.
Make sure to set the network id (IP) of the network to be different from that of the provider (e.g. if the provider's network id is 192.168.1... set the new router to ip 192.168.88.1.
Connect the rest of your devices to the network using LAN cables. Set up the printers on the same network and set a static IP v4 on the host computer.
Caution: If you are not familiar with these instructions, please seek the assistance of Simple technicians or another network technician.
